After reviewing your client goals and assessment form, we’ll create a custom 12-week structured programme designed to target your specific objectives. Split into two 6-week phases, each session builds on the last to ensure consistent progression and results. Once your programme is ready, we will send it to you by email. Please allow up to 7 days for it to be designed.
